CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT & PAYMENT POLICY

 

BOOKINGS

To complete your online verification, you may be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued photo ID and verify your payment method.

No payment will be charged. Your photo ID is the most important part of this process, as it helps us confirm we are providing apartment access codes to the correct guests.

 

LOW SEASON

  • Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival date free of charge.
  • If cancelled within 14 days of arrival a $300 administration fee  will be charged.
  • In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • Balance of Accommodation will be charged 2 weeks prior to arrival.

 

PEAK & SHOULDER SEASON

  • If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled within 30 days of arrival a $500 administration fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled within 14 days of arrival 100% of the accommodation tariff will be charged.
  • Balance of Accommodation will be charged 2 weeks prior to arrival.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING

 

E-Vehicle Storage and Charging Restrictions

For safety reasons, the storage and charging of any electric vehicles, including but not limited to e-scooters, e-bikes, and their respective batteries, is strictly prohibited within any basement and building premises. This restriction applies to all types of e-vehicle batteries and charging equipment.
