Welcome to Eurong Beach Villa, a comfortable three-bedroom holiday home located within the popular Fraser Island Beach Houses Resort at Eurong Beach.
We’re excited to welcome guests to the villa and continue the experience that visitors have enjoyed here for years. Whether you’re planning a family adventure, a beach getaway with friends or a base to explore the incredible natural beauty of K’Gari, Eurong Beach Villa is the perfect place to settle in and enjoy island life.
🏡 The House
The villa offers three comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a large private veranda overlooking the resort’s pool area, with beautiful glimpses towards the ocean. Two queen beds and two single beds.
The open and relaxed layout makes it easy to spend time together after a day exploring the island, while the veranda is the perfect spot to sit back with a morning coffee or enjoy a drink in the afternoon.

Enjoy the convenience of staying within Fraser Island Beach Houses Resort, with access to resort facilities including the swimming pool and children’s playground.
Eurong provides a fantastic base for exploring K’Gari, with local shops and restaurants nearby and many of the island’s incredible natural attractions within easy reach.
Spend your days exploring the beaches, lakes, rainforest and spectacular landscapes that make K’Gari so special, then return to the villa to relax and unwind.

Eurong is ideally positioned for discovering the wonders of K’Gari. From spectacular beaches and freshwater lakes to rainforest walks and incredible wildlife, there is plenty to see and experience.
Whether you’re heading out for a full day of island adventure or simply enjoying the beach and resort, you’ll have a comfortable home base to return to.
🧺 PLEASE NOTE – BYO LINEN & SELF-CLEANING
This is a BYO linen and self-clean holiday house.
Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, sheets, pillowcases and towels for their stay.
Cleaning products and equipment are provided at the property, and guests are required to clean the house before departure and leave it tidy, clean and presentable for the next guests.
This includes cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and general living areas, removing rubbish and ensuring the property is left in a neat and respectful condition.
Cleaning the property is a requirement of your stay and is not optional.
If the property is left untidy, unclean or not suitably prepared for the next guests, a $350 cleaning fee will be charged to cover the additional cleaning required.
We appreciate your help in leaving the villa as you found it so that the next guests can arrive and enjoy the same great experience.
